The CRS PTA will be holding a friendly basketball game featuring 6th graders from Churchill Road ES vs 6th graders from Spring Hill ES! There will be one game for 6th grade boys and one game for 6th grade girls. CRS 3rd-6th graders can also sign up for the cheer squad to get the crowd going. The whole family is invited for this friendly and fun event!
WHEN: Friday, April 4, 2025, 6:00-8:00 PM
WHERE: Langley High School Gym
$5 per person or $20 per family
$7 per person at the door or $25 per family (cash only)
Children 4 & younger are FREE
Ticket sales will close Thursday, 4/3 at 11:59 PM.
The 6th Grade Basketball Team is coached by Ms. Morales and Ms. Hight who will coach both the girls and boys teams by running practices and coaching during the game on 4/4.
DETAILS:
- Open to 6th graders only
- There will be a total of 5 practices to be held after school in the CRS Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm. The dates of these practices are: 3/11, 3/18, 3/20, 3/25, 4/3. Practice will NOT be held on 3/13, 3/27, and 4/1. Students will then play in the basketball game on 4/4.
- It is expected that all students participate in practices and the game.
- The cost to participate in the CRS Boys Basketball Team is $15 per student, with a maximum number of 15 students- first come first serve to signup. This participant cost covers t-shirt and recognition of participation.
- By signing up on the registration form, you are agreeing for your student to attend all practices and the game (except in the case of extenuating circumstances) and to complete payment prior to the start of practices (payment instructions will be sent via email following sign-ups).

The Cheer Squad is coached by Ms. Galpin and Ms. Iandolo who will teach the squad cheers and dances to root on our CRS 6th Grade Girls and Boys Basketball Teams.

- There will be a total of 4 practices to be held before school on Thursday mornings from 7:45am-8:15am (students will then be dismissed to their classrooms). The dates of these practices are: 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3. The students will then perform throughout the games on 4/4.
